Privacy, Warranty and Returns

Kapok Distribution Pty. Ltd. collects and maintains only information about our customers that is necessary to keep customers informed of the products and services available from Kapok and to provide the highest possible level of service as measured by; ease of ordering, accurate and fast order fulfilment, product support and response to enquiries. All practical effort is taken to ensure that information is secure. Other than to a party which is seeking to acquire the business of Kapok and which has signed a legally enforceable confidentiality agreement, Kapok will not pass customer information to 3rd parties without the express permission of the customer. With the exception of product ordering history, Kapok will ensure customers can, at any time, view and edit the information we have collected about them.

Warranty and Returns

Unless a longer warranty period is advised for particular products, all products sold by Kapok Distribution Pty. Ltd. are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from date of dispatch to the customer. Defective products along with proof of purchase must be returned to Kapok at the customer’s expense and will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Kapok.
